Chapter Polaris | Grant "Duce" Coleman

Alpha Omega Community Service

Alpha Omega has a long history and track record of giving back to the community and those in need. Today is no different as the chapter continues to expand our commitments and partner with other organizations in the Baltimore area.

Some of our endeavors include:

  • Annual Mother's Day Dinner at Women's Shelter
  • Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Basket Drive
  • Annual Christmas Toy and Coats Dinner at Women's Shelter
  • Annual School Supply Give Away
  • Sponsorship of local youth sports teams
  • Mentoring Programs
  • Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk
  • Prostate Cancer Walk
  • Adopt A Highway "Perring Parkway"
  • International Headquarters and Greenmount Cleanup

Although Alpha Omega sponsors these events we see a large amount of participation from other local undergraduate chapters, local Pan-Hel organizations, and organizations. The result is a large contingency of individuals working together to make a difference.
