Alpha Omega Featured Brother

Alpha Omega has been blessed to have Brother Frederick "Fred" Montgomery remain an active and tiredless member. From the time he went over on April 23, 1986 at Alpha Chapter located at Morgan State University as a member of the 15 strong pledge line (New Attitude). Some of his major accomplishments include:

• Alpha Omega Chapter Treasurer (2008-2010)
• Alpha Omega Chapter Polaris (2004-2006)
• Alpha Omega Chapter Brother of the Year (2008)
• Eastern Regional Brother of the Year (2008)
• Metropolitan Baltimore Pan-Hellenic Vice-President (2006)
• Metropolitan Baltimore Pan-Hellenic President (2007-2010)

During time as Chapter Polaris the Womens and Childrens Lutheran Church became Alpha Omega's signature project for Mothers Day and Christmas events. With the MBNPHC, he worked with Mt. Auburn Cemetary, Prostate Cancer Walk and African American Heritage Festival (among others).

Professionally he works as a Armored Services Manager.

Fred is also a proud parent of 2 and is currently celebrating 5yrs of marriage to Amber Jones-Montgomery (April 2nd).

Because of all of his hard word and dedication to do above and beyond, not just in the name of Iota Phi Theta, Fred has been chosen as the "Featured Brother Of The Month"
